Export Help
You can easily export chart(s) to PowerPoint and Word. This feature is accessed from the “Export” panel on the SPC for Excel ribbon.
PowerPoint
- To transfer to PowerPoint, select “PowerPoint” in the “Export” panel on the SPC for Excel ribbon. A PowerPoint presentation will be opened if there is not one opened. The program adds a slide to the presentation and copies the chart over. You can transfer multiple charts at once by selecting multiple charts in Excel before running this option.
Word
- To transfer to Word, select “Word” in the “Export” panel on the SPC for Excel ribbon. A Word document will be opened if there is not a Word document open. The chart is placed in the open document wherever the cursor is. You can transfer multiple charts at once by selecting multiple charts in Excel before running this option
